Thank you for being a very professional company. We have had a very positive experience with Air Conditioning Security, Inc. after dealing with other unprofessional companies. In May, our air conditioning unit failed. Our insurance sent several air conditioning companies out who were all unresponsive, unprofessional and left us with a nonfunctioning unit. This continued for about 23 days in the middle of the summer. Finally at the end of our rope, we decided to take control of the situation.

We asked friends for names of contractors they believed were responsive, honest and professional. We were given the name "Air Conditioning Security, Inc." and called them immediately. They seamed to really care and in fact seemed disturbed that we had to go through this problem.

They showed up within half an hour, checked the unit and found the problem to be simply a broken wire. They replaced the wire and had the unit cooling in a matter of minutes.
